12:47PM – NASDAQ would break the “handle” part of a cup and handle at 2682

2682 is the top of the W1 and if that breaks, boy could NASDAQ explode off this formation…Cup and handles are very powerful and when they reverse to the upside, it doesn’t kid around..

12:27PM – Yes, Cup and Handle = My favorite bottom formation ..could be occuring now in SPX and NASDAQ

The charts look pretty nice right now, but could be a lot nicer at the close if this potential cup and handle formation completes…if 1262 breaks today in the SPX, that would be the “handle” and setup a pretty large upward 3…but I don’t want to get too excited yet until it actually occurs..hate jinxing formations like this =)

11:31AM – Before I could speak, we’ve faded back to the lows..

NASDAQ .618 is 2640 and SPX .618 is 1242..if we hold those levels and rally above their W1′s in a cup and handle type formation, that would be very bullish..
